Sue-Ann practiced law in Singapore in a major Singapore law firm for 16 years before moving to Vancouver in 1999.
Sue-Ann’s practice currently encompasses real estate law, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates and general solicitors’ work. Sue-Ann’s clients come from various backgrounds with different needs, and her goal is to provide practical, effective legal advice that would best suit the individual’s needs. And sometimes just a listening ear. Clients have often become friends, which makes practice so much more enjoyable, meaningful and relevant.
Having lived in the North Shore since Sue-Ann moved to Vancouver, she has noticed a visible demographic shift. The North Shore is now home to many Asian immigrants. Sue-Ann’s ability to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese is a great asset in her dealings with the Chinese speaking population. It is good to hear from a number of realtors that they are happy that they found a Mandarin/Cantonese speaking lawyer in the North Shore for their clients. Sue-Ann is a wonderful addition to the Veritas Law team.
Hiking, gym work outs, and baking are just some of the activities Sue-Ann looks forward to in her free time. Yoga is on her to-do list as well.
